I took this photograph during a recent trip to the Kaokoveld in northern Namibia. What struck me was the explosion of bare branches from the rocky ground, while similar bushes in the background still retained their leaves.

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board.
